The Acai Berry
eXfuze’s Jewel from Brazil
The Acai Berry is probably one of the most popular botanicals new to the United States today. It is creating such a buzz that Oprah has had spotlights on the fruit, along with Rachel Ray, Doctor Perricone. It has even been shown on CBS, Fox News and The Washington Post.
So with all of this buzz, with such a prominent representation of publications there must be something worth checking out, worth trying out. So what is the great thing about the Acai Berry?
The Acai Berry is known because of it’s antioxidant strength. It not only is packed with phytonutrients that fight the ill affects of free radicals is it rated at the very top in ORAC scores. Cellular strength improves health from one of the smallest biological parts of the body. Getting the antioxidant power to the cells is where all of the power rests and the Acai Berry has been tested to absorb in such a way that the majority of the berry’s benefits seep right into the intenstinal track fo the body, getting directly into the blood stream to nourish the body.
With some science behind it, the basic benefits of the Acai Berry are:
1. Acai’s high Protein levels, which are actually higher than the protein in an Egg, make it an ideal food source for protein in your diet. Usually protein comes with high levels of cholesterol, so simply replacing your morning Egg or Ham with equal weights of fresh Acai pulp is a very effective way to lower your cholesterol and still get enough protein.
2. Acai’s Antioxidant spectrum includes more “types” of Antioxidants than any other known food source. The truth is that no single antioxidant will allow you to live forever. The hope is now that a regular intake of ALL antioxidant types will give your body the best chance to slow or even stop the aging process. If there is any food likely to prevent serious illness, the Acai’s vast antioxidant spectrum is like a big, bright, purple beacon.
3. Specifically, Acai’s Anthocyanins (30 times the amount found in red grapes) are the most efficient way to ingest anthocyanins known to date. If you believe that the French Paradox is caused by Anthocyanins, as most nutritional scientists do, then this is a very important acai benefit to consider.
4. Acai’s mineral Spectrum is also as complete if not more complete than any other single food source. It is probably true that you can’t survive your entire lifetime on any one food source, but Acai comes the closest with traces of every beneficial mineral known to mankind.
5. Acai’s Trace Elements are some of the most complete ever seen, both on the Macro and Micro scales. Dr. Schauss’s study was very explicit on this part of the testing, testing down as far as 2 parts per billion! They said that it was very challenging cataloging all of the different trace elements, and they believe it has the most on record of any single food source as well.
6. Many other random Acai Benefits: High levels of glucosamine and other important nutrients round out this all-perfect food.
So as you can see, the Acai Berry is powerful in what is brings to the table and by itself is an amazing aid to anybody’s health. It is something that should be consumed everyday. On top of all of that, it adds some of the richest flavor to the juice.

eXfuze - The Breakdown

Okay, what makes up eXfuze? What are the properties that are so valuable in this juice. There are dozens of companies that are successful because they specialize in delivering the message of one of the fruits in eXfuze, so let’s take the next SEVEN articles to explore the specific benefits of each and why they are so valuable on their own, and then of course why eXfuze is so amazing.
Before we dive into the first of these fruits, let’s briefly talk about why this mix was made. With seven powerhouses sharing the stage we find that there is not one main ingredient, there is a fusion of products to match and meet the best of each botanical. Extracting a proprietary blend of the rich nutrients of these fruits is core to being unique and needed to distribute in a way that sets the benefits of these botanicals apart from anything else.
Among the unique blend and the capturing of the rich nutrients, most people fly right by the fact that in order to obtain the benefits from each botanical, beyond eXfuze, the cost would be almost ten times the cost of what they can receive all of them together in eXfuze.
Most of us are well aware that it is what we do with our bodies , both internally and externally that can provide the life we would like to have – whether it be extended strength and flexibilty or clarity and comfort, we know that what we consume plays an enormous role (this doesn’t exclude the need for exercise and stretching). Making (in some cases, forcing the issue of consuming good things) a habit of eating or drinking things that are not just good, but great for our cellular health can sometimes be a challenge. To decide today to be healthier at a very nominal cost we find years from now to be well worth the decision (we know we will spend the money on something else, so why not invest in your health, in a way that is easier than running to the grocery store twice a week , not to mention the quality of those grocery store purchases) is something we can do NOW.
Let’s take the next few days and weeks to explore why these super fruits are worth your decision to be healthy today.
We will start with the Acai Berry.

The Proper Amount of Leverage - Network Marketing's Advantage
Leverage is a very interesting concept that most of us rarely have the pleasure of being on the benefiting end of. We typically see it in place with our credit card obligation, where the card company has allowed us to leverage a good credit standing to issue use borrowing power, only to then leverage us with high interest rates, believe that we are "good for it" and in most cases we are, paying large amounts of money each year in interest.
Some of us have figured out how to turn the tables on leverage, at least in the world of finance and business, where our efforts and money do more than our limited means of earning and investing. Creating multiples, exponential multiples is what we target, where the growth is much more that our own ability to labor hour after hour to achieve a wealth for those we work for (those are the people who have figured at least part of the leverage concept out).
Now, not everybody is going to go out and build a business on the street corner, hoping to hit it big and retire young and rich. Many of us are lazy and are content to work for the "the man" or maybe we have a great fear because of the unknown and security becomes a comfort to us. Business building and financial independence just isn't worth the trade, the exploration of some people's abilities and desires.
Many people who want and are willing, try and try and try without success. Those are the people who have the willing heart but maybe needs some education that the failures are giving them, knowing that persistence coupled with improving over failure is a great recipe for achievement. Granted, some people experience an crash course on the way to tremendous feats, but even for those who tread through years of "education", all are noble efforts and patterns for gaining the desired results.
In the gamete of options for gaining your big business experience and achievement, network marketing has to be the new wave for the independent seeking the financial success and leverage is the quick key to unlocking the door.
Leverage is inherently available to the network marketers who is in it for serious business; not the casual dance in and out of the business, "looking" like he or she is involved, but down and dirty working with people; talking, training, developing, coaching others on what they have learned and assisting others on the way to their success.
This leverage is the same leverage that any and all BIG multi-national firms experience, having once started with just a great product or service to share with the world. Gaining the assistance of others who they hire to help and the leveraging those talents, abilities, languages, time, and more from others to build their dream. It is the vary nature of network marketing that has you getting others involved (hiring - without very much money invested in overhead on your part), teaching them about the business and you need them to do to help them be great at this business, which inturn benefits you!
There is something very noble about the true intent of network marketing (this is not to say that there aren't "snakes" in the industry - there are "snakes" in every industry, I am sure you could names some that you know) - this is to say that your success is dependent on your hard work in developing others. If you "trick", "deceive", "lie" about what the business opportunity is about or the product is for then you will quickly find that justice is served and your fraudulent nature pays you back quickly. The opportunities are as easy to exit as they are to enter.
Your ability to leverage your abilities through developing a business of people who are able to share and sell the products and services is an amazing reward at your doorstep. There is very little danger in starting your road to your own independence through a network marketing business. To build a team that will sell products an you have the opportunity to earn money on everything they do is one of the finest examples of leverage and is a brilliant way to do business. As the saying goes, "Take care of your people and they will take care of you" - day after day, month after month, year after year.

The REAL Problem with Network Marketing - It Isn't The Structure Or The Opportunity
"It never ceases to amaze me the extreme polar views on the topic of network marketing and MLM. Some people are passionate about it in the extreme, and there are even top celebrity authors like Robert Allen, Mark Victor Hansen, and Robert Kiyosaki doing it and advocating it. Yet, in many circles, you might as well declare yourself a leper as admit to being in network marketing.
So, what is the problem with MLM and network marketing?
Maybe it's the pyramid structure? But you can't really take issue with the tiered compensation structure—almost every large sales organization in the world has that. Salespeople get commission, and sales managers get overrides or bonuses on top of that, and sales directors on top of that, and VPs on top of that.
Or maybe it's the fact that you have to pay to participate in it? But that can't be it—that's a standard franchising model. And I assure you, the franchise fee of most traditional franchises dwarf the sign-up cost of any MLM program by comparison.
Now certainly, there are illegal pyramid, or "Ponzi", schemes. This is where the money is all being made off of signing up other people, with little or no real product ever being delivered. But in spite of whatever perceptions people may have, the fact is that Amway, Excel, Meleleuca, PrePaid Legal, USANA, and many others have sold millions upon millions of dollars of products to happy customers, many of whom are NOT also reps. So, there may be a perception problem here, but if so, the perception is out of line with the reality.
But surely the bad reputation MLM'ers has some more basis in fact than the occasional illegal pyramid scheme?
The real problem with MLM is not MLM itself, but some of the people it attracts. Network marketing is just a business model, and it really amounts to "micro-franchising". Its upside is that it has a very low cost of entry, with the potential for exceptional revenue, and there are those who achieve that.
But those same things that make it attractive make it attractive to many who are NOT really qualified or prepared to become business owners. The salient characteristics of MLM make it attractive to people who:
- have not done well in their business or profession and have little money saved up to invest
- have no previous experience owning or running a business
- have no previous experience in sales
- have little or no experience developing business relationships other than that of employer/employee/co-worker
- are not satisfied with their current level of income
- have unrealistic expectations of the amount of work involved compared to the revenue realized
As a result, many network marketers end up:
- over-selling the opportunity
- inappropriately discussing business in social situations
- coming across as desperate
- over-focused on new recruits and neglecting existing customers as a result
- being either inaccurate or deceptive when talking about their business
So what's the solution?
There's a first time for everything. And network marketing/MLM is a great opportunity for people to have their first business, their first sales role, etc. My point is this—recognize it for what it is: it's a business, and you are a business owner. And if you've never owned a business before, if you've never done sales before, if you've never networked before, you need to learn about how to do so, not just from the network marketing/MLM experts, but from established experts in those fields.
Network marketers who are serious about building a business should be reading and learning about business fundamentals, the latest sales and marketing techniques, strategies for networking and business development, etc., not just swapping tips at your team's weekly or monthly meeting. Act like a small business owner, and people will treat you like one."To the point for this article - network marketing is a business, just as real and with as much potential as opening a McDonald's franchise and the same components and abilities exist - you must learn how to run a business and you must be willing to commit to the time and effort required to make it a success.
The formula is the same and similar with the great exception of cost to enter the market. This combination is why we see so many enter (because it is easy) and why so many leave (because you actually have to learn/work/and perform). The rewards are amazing because a residual income has no end in sight (other than the death of your downline and retail clientèle) - image McDonalds, if people could get on an automatic shipment of hamburgers . . . okay, bad example, but the point of continued success is really and there are tens of thousands and hundreds of thousands that can actually verify and give testimonials to the validity.

The Achilles Heel of Network Marketing
With the number of people who have ever been involved in network marketing, MLM (multi-level marketing) or direct sales, most of us are within a stone’s throw of somebody who has tried it or is currently involved and the future of these industries indicate that we will be even closer to somebody will try on this industry.
That shouldn’t be a thing that we need be weary about. This industry is just barely coming into a mature stage, where the experience of the pioneers of the industry are preparing the new up and comers with all of the experience they need to start with all of the benefit and blessing of today’s top investors, analysts, bankers and more.
The network marketing industry has created more independent millionaires from every walk of life than any other industry, not to mention many, many times that in people who are well into the six figures year after year.
So why does this industry have a bad reputation or tends to be a “lesser” business?
Among other things, the general challenge with the reputation and the “amiture” nature of network marketing comes in the very fact that these are amitures trying to start their business. People are generally very good and promoting; we promote all of the time - movies, books, food, wine, restaurants, vacations, airlines, and the list goes on and on and on and on. It is what we do.
So the natural ability in each of us is to talk about what we find to be good and great or terrible and poor. We learn of the products that network marketing companies have chosen to distribute through people (versus and retail or wholesale distribution). These products are good, legitimate, even very valuable in what they deliver and provide - there are no qualms about how valuable these products are (of course, there are exceptions to every rule, however those companies must face a competitive market place and can only last so long) and should not be knocked.
With good products and what should be considered and good commissioning plans (again, everybody has an opinion about which plan is better than the others) what is left is the actual people involved. With the natural talents of people to communicate, promote and thus recruit into the business, the industry typically have very little problem getting distributors to distribute the product . . . so what is the problem?
RETENTION - keeping people in the business, doing the business and supporting the success of the individual in the business.
The simplified experience of network marketing is that my best bud tells me about this amazing product that will change my life and provide me with such great changes in my life. I like what I hear and want to know more, so we talk to somebody who has been successful in this business and I am “sold” on what I want to have in my life.
I pay the fee and get my starter kit and my initial set of product. Then I am told to go and read online or the material set and to learn the compensation plan so I can go and do the same thing that was just done with me. If I can do that over and over again, I am good.
Okay . . . . I am ready . . . . okay . . . . I am wanting to get going . . . . . ummmm, what do I do again? How do I do that? Who should I start with? How do i say that?
I am quickly all alone, except for the periodic phone call to make sure I am still ordering product or trying to find people.
Three months passes, I evaluate my situation and think that either I am going to quit this so I don’t waste anymore money or maybe I like the product and I just continue to use that because I experience the value in the product . . . all in all I chalk it up to “experience” and end the business with a bad taste in month about really being able to make money in network marketing.
So, when my next buddy comes to me about a new opportunity he is looking into, he sees me chuckle like, “you will never make money doing that.” And like every promoter, I am good and passing on my experience (whether legitimate or not).
We typically find those who don’t succeed at network marketing (at least to their expectations of amount of money made or the actual work you have to put into it) are the most vocal. Probably not the people you want to listen to when considering an opportunity, at least not without finding somebody on the opposite spectrum to get another opinion.
We can only imagine how much more success the industry would have if part of the distributors ability, in addition to promoting, was retaining. To train, teach, education, assist those who are willing to put in the effort. To avoid the greed of success and help newcomers to get paid and to be a part of something - a community.
Retention is one of, if not the biggest pain point for every network marketing company. It’s ease of entry is such a strength to each companies success, but the ease of exiting becomes more of a focal point when companies get past their startup success and often find that they need a whole new field of leadership to develop people instead of the distribution of product.
When considering the opportunities to make some extra money in the network marketing/mlm/direct sales industry, consider the team you are joining and what they do and how they keep you engage and involved and successful in the business you are joining.
If you are searching for something new - contact me, I’d be happy to share with you some insights and strength I have seen and been involved in.

Why is Network Marketing BIG BUSINESS?
How could network marketing be more potent and powerful than other industries of similar size and marketability?
The strength is in the ease of penetration. The startup costs alone are so low, we couldn't dream of opening as small online products store or franchise or even do a yard sale for much less. Most network marketing and direct sales starter kits and/or fees range from $35 to a few hundred dollars. Let's throw the challenge out there to submit startup costs that rival those of network marketing - try it.
Now, the first response is that the $35 into startup fees doesn't get you any product to sell and we would contest that it most certainly does. That startup cost purchases you an entire company's necessary components. For example: a call center, logistics and operations system, legal team, marketing team. executive team, production team, HR and more. For $35 that is more that a bargain, more than a good deal - it is really unparalleled. And that isn't even the best part.
ANYBODY can start a business in network marketing (with a just a couple requirements like you have to be "age of majority" which is typically interpreted as 18 years old). The playing field is completely and perfectly level. The choice then becomes what product(s) do you want to represent. What company do you believe is built to support your personal business? Who is helping you build your business, what team are you joining and why?
The playing field quickly becomes a wide open space, as far as you can reach (although you want to be sure that the company you are partnering with is open in the markets you wish to tackle). Your restriction then becomes your natural abilities and your acquired skill set in being able to effectively deliver the message of your product. Typically, the team you join then becomes something that is absolutely crucial. Just like the credibility of great educational institutions, the credibility of the team you wish to join should be assessed just as much as you consider the product and the company to partner with.
Does the team you are joining have a strategy, training and structure that support you the way you want to be supported? Do you understand it and do you see yourself being able to learn that pattern of duplication? Do they have ways, plans and programs to teach you and train you so you can achieve your objectives in building a BIG business.
BIG Business has never been more readily available to ANYBODY, and that isn't being overly used - ANYBODY can start a business. There is no educational requirement, there isn't a test or certification, you just need to be you and believe that you can achieve . . . grab hold of the entrepreneur spirit within you and find out the possibilities of BIG BUSINESS within you.

Welcome - Building Big Business
BIG BUSINESS is nothing less that a complete passion to not limit yourself and to discover your potential and then to exponentially explode past that with the synergy of tens, hundreds and even thousands of others who are seeking to do the same.
Most mistake the pursuit of BIG BUSINESS for those that are the unique and unusually talented people like a Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Steve Jobs and others like them. They will be the first to admit that they are normal "Joes" who found an excitement about a particular field, industry, opportunity and then never grew tired of that "thing". Many seem to fall short of discovery their BIG BUSINESS opportunity because they never start to believe that they have a personal potential to achieve - they start with the belief that they "can't" do or be what others have done or become. They excuse themselves by pointing at unusual success as being a result of unusual talent.
We don't have to go very far to see that success, unparalleled success, is surpassed over and over again; both in the public eye and in the quiet corners personal satisfaction. Name those people, those events, those discoveries, etc.
For those that have tasted BIG BUSINESS understand and are quick to express that it is "anybodies game", especially when considering the global economy that we live in. The entire world and its markets are more accessible today than they ever have been. This isn't to say that you have to take advantage of the global opportunities to have huge success in business, it is simply a representation of how many possibilities exist, when you consider, economies, cultures, development, industry, and more that are needs and wants in peoples lives right now.
We have heard of the stay-at-home mothers becoming millionaires by trying to find a solutions for their families at home. There are ways to build BIG without going very far.
So I pose the question - What does it take when you are an average "Joe" or "Jane" to achieve real financial freedom through BIG BUSINESS?
Uniqueness
